Restaurant
Located in the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Center, the Beef Room meat restaurant serves breakfast buffet, daily business lunch and à la carte dinner. The modern interior of the restaurant is characterized by coziness, which is created with the help of Lithuanian artist Aistė Jurga Krasauskaitė’s handmade vases.
The driving force of the Beef Room restaurant is high-quality meat, seasonal vegetables and fruits, local products and products supplied by farmers. Local ingredients and seasonal products, as well as the chefs ’attentive attention to quality, are the formula for a good local meat restaurant.
The restaurant’s chef is Aleksandrs Košanskis, a Latvian professional who has been working in the restaurant business for 12 years, and the chief chef for the past 6 years. He took practise in high-class restaurants in different countries, including Michelin-star restaurants in France, the United Kingdom and Finland. Later, A. Košanskis started working as the restaurant chef of one of the largest hotels in the Baltic States.
Conference center
The hotel house 300 sqm. m. conference center, where, as in the all hotel, subtle accents of Lithuanian culture are reflected: conference halls are named after the Baltic tribes, the lobby is equipped with a skudučiai wall, and the floor has Baltic brass patterns.
55 sq. m. the cozy Prussion Room with daylight entering through the skylights seats 48 people. Conference room has air conditioning, wireless internet and a writing board, it also feature state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
55 sq. m. Curonian conference hall with daylight can offer the latest conference equipment: multimedia and screen, audio equipment (microphones and speakers), digital light and climate control, digital links.
47 sq. m. Selonian conference room – small and very cozy with a video wall (instead of multimedia and screen), digital light and climate control, digital links. Perfect for meetings, small events.
If necessary, all venues can be combined into a 157 sq. m. Baltic Tribe conference room, which accommodating up to 150 guests.
For coffee breaks at conferences or events, snacks and drinks are available from 4 packages, reflecting the Delicious Directions concept, which is based on world directions: North, South, East and West. Each of those directions invites you to try certain foods, natural goods and dishes that are unique to specific regions.
North. This package is for those who long for Nordic flavors. The menu is enriched with seasonal, fresh and simple dishes such as fish, red meat, vegetables and rye bread.
South. The southern package stands out for its colorfulness and variety of tastes. The menu is full not only of fresh vegetables and fruits, but also cheeses, pasta, seafood and a variety of meat dishes.
West. Enjoy Western culture by ordering this package representing American cuisine. Delicious food for everyone: from mini burgers to American pancakes and chocolate chip cookies.
East. Allow yourself to enjoy oriental harmony. Asian cuisine is distinguished by a harmonious combination of food – a balance between sweet and sour, nutritious and lean. The exotic menu is enriched with pickled vegetables, spicy meat dishes and a variety of oriental fruits.
Gym
80 sq. m. gym in the hotel building has a wide selection of exercise and other sport equipment: treadmills, bicycles, complex exercise machines, weights, mats and sports balls. The gym is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 for all hotel guests. By separate prior arrangement and at an additional cost, hotel guests can work out with a personal trainer.
